In today’s fast paced industries, having to not worry about minor issues such as a nozzle or it's spray performance or the amount of liquid being delivered at a given time, can relieve some of the immense pressure placed on the maintenance and operations teams. As well as reducing wastage from manual operated over-spraying, blockage and dripping.

Since 1950, BETE has put over 1,000,000 nozzles into deep sea, deep space, and everywhere in between. 

By using technologies such as our BETE Hydropulse, or XA air atomising assemblies, an air actuated or electric signal can control the amount of liquid being sprayed in a on/off pattern and in automatic cleanup operations. The frequency can be controlled using a blended pulse system, new at Spray Nozzle Engineering - the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) solution, or alternatively, a compressed air control system can be utilised to ‘charge’ the line, allowing for precise control over the nozzle. This system allows accurate metering at much lower rates than conventional pressure atomizing nozzles.

These nozzles, can in turn be connected to automation technologies such as a PLC, computer software, or solenoids, etc. Allowing the nozzle to be controlled independently from operator interference, making sure a crisp and uniform spray is applied consistently, improving your product quality, and seamlessly integrating into existing processes.

COST SAVINGS

This allows for cost savings on the fluid being sprayed, as the nozzle is not manually controlled (over-spraying), or potentially not delivering enough of the medium to the application (under spraying). By utilising an intermittent spray the nozzle is spraying only 50% of the time whilst maintaining coverage. By using a straight through port, the Hydro-Pulse can also recirculate fluid, cutting wastage even more.
