FLAT ROLLING

The innovative AirPlow from Silvent InTech, used by several of the world's top steel mills, is quickly becoming the industry standard for properly removing solutions centrally and from the strip edges. The AirPlow can be customized for various widths and speeds, incorporating the highest possible efficiency.  Built-in strike protection design to avoid damage from cobbles is standard, as is the variable adjustability up to 30 degrees for maximum blowing impact.

HOT STRIP ROLLING

Many operations in the hot mill can benefit from Silvent InTech's established compressed air delivery technologies. From aiding with the removal of scale or excessive water removal, enabling precise measuring and temperature management. The unique knowledge and patented technology of Silvent InTech can handle the most stringent quality problems in hot strip rolling mills.

BUTT WELDER

Applying the correct amount of compressed air blowing, quality welds can be controlled. It is vital to improve visual examination as well as trim removal. Silvent InTech was able to cut noise by more than 78% and air consumption by more than 50%, while cleaning the 200cm strip in this application.
