During the global pandemic, increased awareness of disinfection and sterilization of commonly frequented areas, widely used tools, and machinery became quite apparent.
In order to limit the spread of pathogens, bacteria, viruses, and so forth, systems were implemented that could systematically decrease the aforementioned factors.
Remedying this issue are fogging systems, that allow for the dispersal of very fine droplets therein which contain chemicals to eliminate any harmful pathogens. These systems often emit large clouds of 'dry' fog which would cling to a surface, with the small droplets effectively being applied to a large area rapidly.
These same nozzles and fogging systems (BETE's P, PJ, MicroWhirl, and dual fluid atomizing nozzles such as the XA series for example) can likewise be used for coating, fogging, and cooling applications where precision droplet size and flow rates are required.
Many businesses and individuals created their own creative and novel systems during the midst of the pandemic, each with a different spin on how traditional foggers work. Some used electric atomization, so used compressed air, and most were designed to be portable systems an operator could wear as a backpack to enable rapid deployment where needed. Unfortunately, many of these systems fell short of a truly useful system that would reduce operator costs, time costs, and chemical costs.
Enter the BETE Fast Pass system, which is a nozzle kit designed to be permanently installed, whether in a vehicle, building, or other space. By utilizing a lengthy history of nozzle engineering and design BETE developed this novel system. This will reduce many of the costs and time associated with fogging. Using the Fast Pass reduces operator contact with chemicals, potential overspray, chemical overuse, repetitive motion injuries, and protective gear costs associated with repetitive movements and protective gear costs.
This nozzle system is designed to be discreet, easy to install, and easily operated, providing uniform coverage and droplet size to ensure effective delivery of the fog. This helps to make sure that each and every time the nozzles are employed the vehicle or space is always sanitized.
Supply of liquid disinfectant and compressed air comes from an external portable cart that allows for the simultaneous disinfection of multiple buses while eliminating worker exposure to chemicals.
